AMCP Foundation partnered with The Nevada Homeless Alliance to assist those in need. COVID-19 has impacted their donations of essentials items, and we are here to help. Support our effort to aid the Las Vegas community by donating socks.
Where? At AMCP Nexus 2020 in Las Vegas Nevada, or online!
How? At Nexus, stop by the AMCP Foundation sock bin (near registration) and donate a pair of new socks. All attendees that participate will receive an "I knocked My Socks Off" ribbon as a token of appreciation. Online, donate socks through our Amazon Wish List (coming soon).

Recipients? Your donation will be given to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The Nevada Homeless Alliance will disperse donated socks during their Pop-up Project Homeless Connect (PHC). PHC eliminates barriers by providing same-day access to housing, healthcare, mental health care, employment support, legal aid, and basic needs (showers, haircuts, meals) along with many other services. Over the past five years, Connect events have served over 15,000 Southern Nevadans in need, and your generous donation of socks will go directly to our homeless neighbors at Connect Events.
Did you know socks can be more important than food? Socks are among the least donated, but most needed item at shelters nationwide.
