Ebony Clay is a multifaceted leader with 18+ years of experience in program management, project planning, and the strategic design of marketing campaigns geared toward achieving organizational goals. She is responsible for interfacing with senior leaders across multiple departments to build consensus and initiate productive change.
She currently authors the AMCP Foundation Impacts Newsletter and Donor Newsletter and is responsible for developing and executing AMCP Foundation events, including the popular AMCP Foundation Means Well(ness) offerings. Before her career in association management, Ms. Clay held roles at Prince William Medical Center, Cooley Godward Kronish LLP: Waugh Bradley, and Corsec Security, Inc.
Ebony obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2017. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Association Foundation Group (AFG), and American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Ebony is completing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science from the University of Maryland.
In her spare time, Ebony enjoys volunteering and fundraising for youth scholastic and recreational programs. She also loves outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
