Crescent Moore is an accomplished healthcare executive with nearly two decades of experience in managed care, pharmacy benefit management, and health policy. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Government Programs at LucyRx, where she leads strategic initiatives to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and innovation in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
She brings a strong governance perspective, having served in leadership roles across national organizations and advisory committees. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to regulatory strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, making her a trusted advisor and effective board.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Crescent is deeply committed to community impact. She has served as a board member for You Have the Power, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to the prevention of violence and policy through the lens of survivors.  Recognized for her leadership and integrity, she was honored as “Employee of the Year” by US Health & Benefits (Gallagher) in 2024 and received the AMCP WIN Elevate award in 2025.
Crescent holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and a PhD in Health Science Administration from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, along with a B.S. in Chemistry from Rhodes College. Her blend of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and governance experience positions her as a valuable contributor to organizations seeking strategic oversight and mission-driven impact.
